- Relevant B Comm , BSc, OR B Tech diploma / degree
- The following will be advantageous:
- >Prior Agile methodology experience
- >Prior Scrum master ( agile) experience
- >Development / IT technical experience
- >Experience in SOA
- >Telecommunications industry experience
- >Management of developers and development activity
- > development knowledge of Salesforce/ AjAX/ JAVA/ Dot Net
- > deep understanding of the SDLC and QA test cycles in development
- > TOGAF/ PMBOK/ Prince2/ 6SIGMA/ continuous improvement/ ISO9000 etc and/ or any other formal business analyst /architectural / project management certification
- > have the know-how to arrange scrum ceremonies and
- > experience with cloud software : Jira , Version One, Google docs etc
- >prior track record of project that he/ she has delivered upon
- >Strong leadership and managerial ability to:
- >> Prepare reports/ presentations
- >> Manage projects
- >> Project risks
- >> Project budgets
- >> difficult / fluid business requirements
